I was checking this blog & I decided to post a quicky post on this blog about one of the gazillion things that are on my mind at the moment.

I wonder how many people will click that second link only to find out it leads them right back here. haha =P

I am in need of some sheet music. Some Christmas sheet music that is at an intermediate playing level & that is easy for others to sing along with. I used my googling talent & came up with several free pieces of sheet music; they dont sound as though they are able to be sung though. I havent had a piano lesson since spring & have barely played since then too...bad. I'm thinking that the Family Book Store would be a good place to go?

OK. So as of Saturday morning [11:51 am],
3/4's of all the pictures that needed to be posted are. I have to get off of here & get ready for theater practice, so the other 1/4 will be posted either tonight, tomorrow night, or sometime this week.

I've still got to tweek a few pictures so that they're small enough for the main menu of the homepage is back in its right spot. Its really annoying how the pictures [if they're too wide] kick the menu down to the bottom of the page....

Also, the slideshows are being stubborn. Sometimes they load, sometimes they dont. It's odd.

Bob The Dog

Check him out ladies & gents...the cutest dog in the world.
Bob The Golden Retriever.
He hails from the farm where Dad & K hunt occasionally. Art (Bob's human) raises pure bred retrievers just like Bob. I asked Dad why they named him Bob. He said its because these dogs act so humanly, that they give them people type names like Rachel, Jim & Bob instead of say, Fluffy.

The Great White Hunter Jr.

Yes. It was a huge moment for the Kevster. His first killing. He had a smile on his face for hours. After days & days of trailing, tracking & practicing in the backyard, he finally made his kill. In Peter's Township, the poor little cottontail hopped its last hop....right into the hands of a 12 year old boy.

Preying Mantis Sighting

S peeked out the door yesterday morning to find this creature resting on the pumpkins on our hay bale on the front porch. Lane followed with the camera, documenting the moment as usual. Being homeschoolers, of course this turned into scientific observation!! It was actually really cool. We all stood there for awhile just watching it. The little guy just sat there, most likely enjoying the instant popularity =)
